How Pantovigar works
The vitamin complex has a therapeutic effect, its effectiveness is ensured by the active components. Thiamine, pantothenic acid, cystine are part of hair and nails, keratin is their building material. The yeast complex and B vitamins stimulate cell division and accelerated formation of healthy tissue, help awaken “dormant” or damaged hair follicles, and prevent increased fragility, thinning, loss of shine, elasticity, and hair loss.
Vitamins and amino acids are quickly absorbed in the cavity of the stomach and small intestine, as are natural forms of active elements. Absorbed into the blood, the complex takes part in metabolic processes, saturates the body with the substances it needs, eliminates signs of hypovitaminosis, and prevents negative symptoms of vitamin B1 and B5 deficiency. The primary effect of taking Pantovigar becomes noticeable within 2–6 weeks, depending on the severity of health problems:
- hair acquires lost shine, falls out less when combing and washing;
- nails become smoother, break less, stop peeling, and grow faster.
The benefits of the drug for hair growth can be assessed after 2-3 months or a little later from the start of the course: the strands become noticeably longer. Pantovigar has a cumulative effect; over time, the growth process accelerates, and the general condition of the strands apparently improves.
Instructions for use of Pantovigar (Method and dosage)
The medication is used only orally. The instructions for Pantovigar contain recommendations for taking capsules with meals, with a sufficient amount of liquid. Breaking and chewing the capsules is unacceptable, as the protective shell is damaged. The duration of therapy is determined only by the treating doctor.
Pantovigar for hair loss is recommended to be taken long-term according to the standard regimen: 1 capsule three times a day. On average, the course lasts 3-6 months. If well tolerated and the expected therapeutic effect is registered, tablets for hair loss can be taken for up to 1 year. If there is no effect, repeated examination is required to identify additional causes of the disease.
Vitamins can only be prescribed by a doctor.
How to use Pantovigar
The complex has recommendations for taking the following in common with other vitamin preparations:
- It is necessary to drink capsules during meals or immediately before it: three times a day, 1 piece;
- It is not advisable to take the drug with alcoholic or carbonated drinks; it is better to use plain water and juices;
- The capsules must not be crushed or chewed; they must be swallowed whole, otherwise the effect of the vitamins will be subtle.
The minimum duration of treatment is 3 months. To achieve a pronounced therapeutic effect, it is recommended to drink Pantovigar daily for six months. For severe health problems, your doctor may recommend a course of up to 12 months. During the period of taking the drug, it is advisable to adjust the diet: include more vegetables, dairy products, legumes, herbs, nuts, eggs, fish and lean meat. It is recommended to tune in to long-term recovery and give up bad habits: smoking, drinking alcohol.
Pantovigar is compatible with most medications. Caution is required only during simultaneous therapy with antibiotics from the sulfonamide group. If it is necessary to use them, it is advisable to interrupt the intake of vitamins and continue it later.

- in the early stages of pregnancy: in the first and second trimester Pantovigar is prohibited, in the third the issue of its use is discussed individually, more often doctors recommend waiting until childbirth to eliminate all risks of fetal intoxication;
- during lactation: the components of the drug penetrate into mother's milk, can change its taste, provoke allergic reactions and intestinal upset in infants;
- with individually high sensitivity of the body to the drug: the appearance of swelling, spots, skin rashes, severe itching, lacrimation and other signs of intolerance;
- for malignant intestinal tumors.
If the absorption of vitamins and other nutrients by the gastrointestinal tract is impaired, accompanied by their deficiency, it is recommended to select an injection kit that will replenish the existing deficiency.
It makes no sense to prescribe the complex for baldness caused by natural hormonal, including androgenic factors. For example, Pantovigar is useless for men whose hair loss is associated with excess levels of testosterone, the hormone that is the main male sex hormone. In this case, vitamins will neither stop nor slow down this process.
