A product for irrigation and rinsing of the nasal cavity for children and adults “Aqualor norm” is used for the prevention and complex treatment of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses and nasopharynx (infectious, allergic, atrophic), conditions after surgical interventions in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, during the period of onset of colds, as well as for daily hygiene of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx.
Designed to remove mucus, reduce secretions, soften and remove crusts, and moisturize the nasal mucosa.
It has a beneficial effect on the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx, helps reduce nasal congestion and restore nasal breathing.
After rinsing the nasal cavity with a means for irrigation and rinsing the nasal cavity for children and adults “Aqualor Norm”, the therapeutic effectiveness of drugs applied to the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity increases, the duration of respiratory diseases is reduced, and the risk of infection spreading into the paranasal sinuses and ear cavity is reduced.
AQUALOR PROTECT 30ML SPRAY
Aqualor Protect contains a hypertonic solution of sea water, which has higher concentrations of mineral salts (15 g/l) compared to the cells and intercellular space of the nasal mucosa. The composition of sea water includes ions of sodium, manganese, chlorine, bromine, magnesium, calcium, potassium, iodine, and sulfur. Does not contain preservatives.
A hypertonic solution of sea water reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa by removing excess fluid from the intercellular space due to the difference in osmotic pressure, which helps reduce nasal congestion and restore nasal breathing.
Brown algae extract supports the physiological state of the nasal mucosa: provides hydration and regeneration (healing), helps reduce the inflammatory reaction and stop bleeding, creates optimal conditions for the functioning of the immune system, namely macrophages, responsible for the active capture and destruction of bacteria and the remains of dead cells , foreign or toxic particles for the body.
Sea water and brown algae extract contain iodine, which has the ability to destroy and prevent the proliferation of bacteria, viruses and fungi.
Calcium and magnesium ions contained in sea water significantly improve the functioning of ciliated epithelial cells of the nasal mucosa, normalize the rheological properties (viscosity) of mucus, and increase resistance (resistance) to the introduction of viruses and bacteria.
Sea water is collected off the coast of Brittany, in a natural area where sea water is constantly renewed due to strong currents during high and low tides.
Thanks to the original pumping system, seawater is collected for Aqualor Protect through a sand filter, which ensures natural pre-filtration of seawater, constant quality of seawater, regardless of external factors, and saturation with trace elements and minerals.
A hypertonic solution of sea water is contained in a plastic bottle equipped with a device that protects the medical device from contamination and does not require the addition of preservatives.

Directions for use and doses
For children under 2 years old.
Nasal rinsing in a young child is carried out in a lying position:
- turn the child's head to the side;
- insert the tip of the balloon into the nasal passage located on top and rinse the nasal cavity for several seconds;
- remove the remaining washing liquid using an aspirator, repeat the procedure if necessary.
- Carry out the procedure with the other nasal passage.
For children over 2 years old and adults:
- tilt your head to the side;
- insert the tip of the balloon into the nasal passage located on top and rinse the nasal cavity for several seconds;
- remove the remaining rinsing liquid using a child’s aspirator/blow his nose, repeat the procedure if necessary.
- Carry out the procedure with the other nasal passage.
Instructions for sanitary treatment: before using the medical device, treat the anatomical attachment with boiling water or a solution of ethyl alcohol.

Contraindications: There are no restrictions on use.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding : Pregnancy and breastfeeding are not a contraindication for use. The duration of use is not limited.
