Pharmacodynamics

Morenasal® is an isotonic, sterile solution of natural sea salt in water for injection, administered as nasal drops or nasal spray, containing natural minerals and trace elements.

Morenazal® helps maintain the normal physiological state of the nasal mucosa, thins mucus and normalizes its formation in goblet cells of the mucous membrane. Removes allergens and pathogens, excess mucus, crusts, dust, tiny particles that clog the nasal passages and make breathing difficult.

The microelements included in the drug have an anti-inflammatory effect, stimulate recovery processes, improve the function of the ciliated epithelium, which increases the resistance of the nasal mucosa to pathogenic bacteria and viruses, and promotes its cleansing.

For rhinitis of any etiology (including allergic and vasomotor), the drug helps to wash away and remove allergens and haptens from the nasal mucosa, as well as reduce the local inflammatory process.

Reduces secretions, relieves swelling of the nasal mucosa and restores free breathing, reduces the risk of otitis media, and shortens the period of respiratory diseases.

Morenasal® helps remove scales and crusts from the nasal passages after surgery without the risk of bleeding.

The isotonicity of Morenazal® avoids sinus pain that may occur when instilling hypertonic nasal solutions. Increases the effectiveness of the use of local drugs.

Used for hygienic purposes, the drug helps cleanse the nasal mucosa from street and indoor dust that has settled on it.

Does not contain preservatives.

Pharmacological properties

Rinomaris is a drug for intranasal use.

Xylometazoline has an alpha-adrenomimetic effect: it causes a constriction of the blood vessels of the nasal mucosa, thus eliminating swelling and hyperemia of the nasopharyngeal mucosa. Facilitates nasal breathing during rhinitis. In therapeutic concentrations it does not irritate the mucous membranes and does not cause hyperemia. The effect occurs a few minutes after application and lasts for 12 hours.

Sterilized sea water, which is part of the drug Rinomaris, helps maintain the normal physiological state of the nasal mucosa, thins mucus and normalizes its production in the goblet cells of the nasal mucosa.

Trace elements improve the function of the ciliated epithelium, which reduces adverse local reactions such as irritation and/or dryness of the nasopharyngeal mucosa.
