Composition and release form
1 ml of drops for oral administration contains iron 2 mg, zinc 1.1 mg, sodium 0.64 mg, magnesium 0.40 mg, manganese 0.31 mg, potassium 0.28 mg, copper 0.25 mg, molybdenum 0. 19 mg, vanadium 0.12 mg, nickel 0.11 mg, boron 0.10 mg, fluorine 0.09 mg, chlorine 0.03 mg, cobalt 0.025 mg, glycerol 6 mg, sodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid 2.4 mg, glycine 2.3 mg, L(+)-tartaric acid 1.6 mg, succinic acid 0.50 mg, L(+)-ascorbic acid 0.3 mg; in bottles of 30 and 100 ml, 1 bottle in a box.
Dosage:
In case of prophylactic use: For body weight 10-20 kg - 5 drops 2 times a day. With a body weight of 20-40 kg - 10 drops 2 times a day. For body weight over 40 kg - 20 drops 2 times a day. In case of use for the treatment of conditions listed in the indications: With a body weight of 10-20 kg - 10 drops 2 times a day. With a body weight of 20-40 kg - 20 drops 2 times a day. For body weight over 40 kg - 20 drops 3 times a day. When used to improve the general condition and well-being of patients with cancer whose body weight exceeds 40 kg, on the recommendation of a doctor, daily doses exceeding the above, but not more than 120 drops per day, can be used. In such cases, it is recommended to divide the daily dose into 4-5 doses in equal parts.
Indications for the drug Beresh Plus® Drops
Prevention and treatment of metabolic disorders of mineral substances (micro- and macroelements) due to inadequate or unbalanced nutrition (including against the background of special diets, chronic alcoholism, diabetes mellitus, pregnancy, breastfeeding), significant physical activity; increased fatigue, general weakness, lethargy, insomnia, lack of appetite, decreased resistance to infectious diseases, pain in chronic degenerative diseases of bones and joints, headache, menopause, pre- and postoperative periods, convalescence period; during antibiotic therapy, chemotherapy and radiation therapy (as an adjuvant to reduce side effects).
Contraindications.
There are known cases of hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any excipients (allergy to metals), severe renal failure, as well as diseases associated with impaired metabolism of iron and copper (including hemochromatosis, hemosiderosis, Wilson's disease).
Special precautions.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, the drug can be used taking into account the recommended daily doses (after consultation with a doctor). The ability to influence the reaction rate when driving a vehicle or working with other mechanisms. When using the drug in recommended doses, no negative effects are observed. Children. The drug should be used in children weighing more than 10 kg. However, if the child’s body weight is less than 20 kg, the issue of using the drug is decided individually with the pediatrician, based on an assessment of the benefit/risk ratio for the child.
Interactions
To avoid overdose or antagonistic interactions, drops should not be used simultaneously with other drugs that contain trace elements.
At least 2 hours must pass between the use of drugs containing penicillamine, bisphosphonates, fluoroquinolones, tetracyclines and the drug Beres Plus Drops (due to physico-chemical interactions, the absorption of the drug may change).
An interval of at least 1 hour must be maintained between taking the drug and other medications.
It is not recommended to take the drug with milk or coffee, as this impairs the absorption of its active ingredients.
With the simultaneous use of antacid drugs containing aluminum, calcium, magnesium, iron absorption is reduced.
Application
Use internally during meals. a single dose of drops is added to 50 ml of liquid (for example water, fruit juice, syrup, fruit tea).
For preventive purposes, the following is prescribed: for body weight 10–20 kg - 5 drops 2 times a day; 20–40 kg - 10 drops 2 times a day; 40 kg - 20 drops 2 times a day.
For therapeutic purposes it is prescribed: for patients weighing 10–20 kg - 10 drops 2 times a day; 20–40 kg - 20 drops 2 times a day; 40 kg - 20 drops 3 times a day.
If the drug is used as an additional therapy in cancer patients with a patient body weight of 40 kg, on the recommendation of a doctor, daily doses exceeding the above, but not more than 120 drops/day, can be used. In such cases, it is recommended to divide the daily dose into 4-5 doses in equal parts.
In the case of prophylactic use of the drug in recommended doses, the optimal effect is observed after approximately 6 weeks of continuous therapy and, with continued use of the drug in prophylactic doses, can be maintained for the desired period of time (for example, during the autumn-winter peak of respiratory diseases).
For therapeutic purposes, the drug is taken continuously at the recommended dose until symptoms of the disease are observed.
If complaints recur, the course of treatment can be repeated.
When using Drops Beres Plus as an additional therapy (for example, in cancer patients), the duration of the course of treatment and the individual method of application are determined by the doctor, taking into account the patient’s condition and the main therapy used.
