Pharmacodynamics INSTI without sugar is a complex herbal medicine with anti-cold, expectorant, mucolytic, bronchodilator, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and antispasmodic effects. Insti is a complex medicine based on herbal ingredients, thanks to the effects of which the entire spectrum of its pharmacological action is manifested.

Willow contains tremulacin and salicin and exhibits analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effectiveness.

Adhatoda, due to the content of alkaloids vasicin and vasicinone , is characterized by expectorant and bronchodilator effects, increases the mobility of cilia, helps with sputum discharge , and is characterized by an expectorant and oxytocin-like effect.

Violet contains friedelin , essential oils , which is reflected in the expectorant, antihistamine, diaphoretic and antipyretic effects of the drug.

Licorice contains the glycoside glycyrrhizin , asparagine and flavonoids , which help it exhibit mucolytic, expectorant, anti-inflammatory effectiveness.

Chinese tea, including caffeine , tannin and theophylline, is characterized by an astringent, diuretic and tonic effect.
