  • post-stroke and post-infarction conditions;
  • obliterating endarteritis, intermittent claudication, arteriosclerosis;
  • post-embolic circulatory disorders;
  • microangiopathy, incl. diabetic foot, retinopathy);
  • disturbances of venous outflow in children with minimal cerebral dysfunction;
  • bedsores, trophic ulcer of the leg.

Dosage regimen

Single dose: adults 10 drops, children under 2 years old - 3 drops, from 2 to 6 years old - 5 drops, from 6 years old - 10 drops per dose. Take the drug 3 times a day sublingually 30 minutes before meals or an hour after (a single dose can be pre-diluted in 5 ml of water). The average duration of treatment is 3-6 weeks. In acute cases, take an age-specific single dose every 15 minutes. until the general condition improves, but no more than 2 hours. Then take 3 times a day.

Side effect

In some cases, a hypersensitivity reaction may develop.

Pregnancy. Hypersensitivity to Rhus from the genus Anacardiaceae or to other active components of the Asteraceae genus

CHARACTERISTIC

Sensation of fullness and pulsation (heart, stomach, brain, lungs) in the veins, as if they were full of blood.

Severe pain in the lumbar and sacral region, spreading to the hips, aggravated by bending and walking.

The mucous membrane of the mouth, pharynx, rectum is swollen, hot, dry, with abrasions; sensation as if rectum were filled with small splinters.

Disappearance of symptoms from the pharynx when intestinal symptoms appear and vice versa.

Heaviness in the stomach with burning, corroding pain three hours after eating, with heartburn and bitter belching.

Taking medication and side effects

The drug "Esculus compositum" is drunk half an hour before meals. If it was not possible to take the medicine before eating, then you need to take it an hour and a half after eating. Ten drops (single dose for an adult), diluted in a tablespoon of liquid and drunk. You don’t have to dissolve it, but just drop it under your tongue.
