Supradin effervescent tablets in foil No. 10 No. 1

Determined by the complex of vitamins and minerals included in the composition. Supradin® contains 12 vitamins in combination with minerals and rare elements, which are important factors in metabolic processes.

Vitamins are necessary for the metabolism of carbohydrates, the formation of energy reserves, the metabolism of lipids, nucleic acids and proteins, as well as for the synthesis of collagen, neurotransmitters, etc.

Vitamins take part in many metabolic processes, as well as in their regulation.

Vitamin A promotes normal growth, is involved in the formation and maintenance of the structure and functions of bones, teeth, skin, and is involved in the synthesis of visual pigment.

Vitamin B1 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamin B2 is involved in tissue respiration, protein, carbohydrate and fat metabolism.

Vitamin B6 helps maintain the structure and function of bones, teeth, gums, and affects the formation of red blood cells.

Vitamin B12 is involved in the formation of red blood cells and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamin C is involved in the formation and maintenance of the structure and function of bones, teeth and gums; strengthens the walls of capillaries.

Vitamin D3 regulates the exchange of phosphorus and calcium in the body, promoting the absorption of these substances by the intestines and their timely deposition in the bones.

Vitamin E ensures the normal functioning of red blood cells and protects cell membranes from damage.

Biotin takes part in metabolic processes and promotes protein absorption.

Pantothenic acid is involved in the metabolism of fats, proteins and carbohydrates.

Folic acid is involved in cell division and maturation, including red blood cells.

Nicotinamide takes part in redox processes and ensures the transfer of hydrogen and phosphate.

Calcium is involved in the formation of bones and teeth and promotes normal blood clotting.

Magnesium is involved in the formation of muscle and bone tissue, and also takes part in protein synthesis.

Iron is involved in the formation of red blood cells; is an important component of hemoglobin, which ensures the transport of oxygen to tissues.

Phosphorus, along with calcium, is involved in the formation of bones and teeth, and is also involved in energy metabolism processes.

Manganese promotes proper mineralization of bones.

Copper is necessary for normal red blood cell function and iron metabolism.

Zinc is part of about 70 enzymes involved in the synthesis and metabolism of hormones (mainly glucocorticosteroids), as well as the division and interaction of immunocompetent cells.

Molybdenum is part of enzymes and coenzymes involved in many redox reactions in the body.

Effervescent tablets

Pharmacological properties

Multivitamin preparation: 12 vitamins + 8 minerals and trace elements. Vitamins are necessary for the metabolism of carbohydrates, the formation of energy reserves, the metabolism of lipids, nucleic acids and proteins, as well as the synthesis of collagen, neurotransmitters, etc. In addition to participating in basic metabolic reactions, vitamins take part in the regulation and coordination of metabolic processes. Vitamins are necessary for bone growth, wound healing, maintaining normal vascular condition, microsomal drug metabolism and detoxification, immune status, tissue development and differentiation, etc. Minerals and trace elements are also of great importance. They act as catalysts in numerous enzymatic reactions, are structural components of enzymes, hormones, neuropeptides, hormonal receptors, play various roles in metabolism, nerve impulse transmission, bone tissue formation, etc. The drug Supradin was created as a balanced vitamin and mineral complex that helps replenish the deficiency of vitamins and minerals against the background of the above conditions.

Indications for use

Insufficient intake of vitamins and minerals: with inadequate and unbalanced nutrition (diet); for gastrointestinal diseases (for example, malabsorption of various origins); with increased physical and mental stress (fatigue and exhaustion); for acute and chronic diseases, during the recovery period; in complex therapy of chronic alcoholism, when prescribing antibiotic therapy, chemotherapy.

Directions for use and doses

Inside, after dissolving in a glass of water. Adults and adolescents over 15 years of age: 1 effervescent tablet per day.

Use during pregnancy and lactation

The drug can be taken during pregnancy and lactation, subject to the recommendations for use. Due to evidence that vitamin A in high doses (more than 10,000 IU/day) has a teratogenic effect, women in the first trimester of pregnancy or planning pregnancy should not exceed a vitamin A dose of 10,000 IU. An overdose of vitamin D also has negative effects on the fetus and/or child. It must be taken into account that with a balanced diet, the daily requirement for vitamin A can be met and even exceeded (for example, when eating liver, milk and dairy products, margarine, eggs, vegetable oil). During lactation, vitamins and minerals taken are excreted in mother's milk, which must be taken into account if the child receives other vitamin and mineral complexes.

Precautionary measures

Do not exceed the indicated dosage. Patients using other vitamin-containing medications should consult their doctor. One tablet is equivalent to 6.71 kcal, but this does not have a significant effect on use in patients with diabetes. One tablet contains 301 mg of sodium, which must be taken into account when following a sodium-controlled diet. Take special care with the simultaneous use of drugs containing vitamin A, D and/or calcium.

Interaction with other drugs

Vitamin E containing preparations are used with caution in patients taking anticoagulants. Preparations containing calcium, magnesium, iron, copper and zinc should be taken 1-2 hours before or after taking antibiotics and antiviral drugs, so as not to reduce their absorption in the gastrointestinal tract. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) inhibits the activity of levodopa.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug, disorders of copper and iron metabolism, hypervitaminosis A or D, hypercalcemia, severe hypercalciuria, renal failure, hyperphosphatemia, hypermagnesemia, urolithiasis.

With the exception of the known consequences of acute vitamin deficiency, a growing body exhibits a certain need for vitamins, which makes it possible to prevent diseases and maintain mental and physical condition at a high level. Vitamin deficiency is observed in the following cases:

  • with increased need (period of growth, pregnancy, breastfeeding, in old age, during recovery, treatment with antibiotics and chemotherapy);
  • with reduced consumption (weight loss and other unbalanced diets, in old age, gastrointestinal diseases).

In these conditions, there is rarely a deficiency of only one of the vitamins. In addition, the supply of the most common minerals and rare elements is disrupted. The drug Supradin® was created as a complete multivitamin complex that helps prevent common vitamin deficiencies and allows for their treatment.
