The effect did not impress me at all, because it manifested itself solely in the fact that my general well-being slightly improved. It became easier to get up in the morning, I had a little more energy, but that was all. Banal vitamins like Complivit or even cheap ginseng have the same effect, but the increase in immunity promised by the manufacturer was not and was not expected, and my other hopes were not justified.
