Adenoiditis is a fairly common disease in children aged two years and older. This is due to the imperfect functioning of the immune system (it has not yet learned to repel all harmful viruses and bacteria), and as a result, frequent acute respiratory diseases. Sooner or later, many parents of sick children are forced by doctors to choose what type of treatment to use: conservative (homeopathy, physiotherapy) or surgical.
