Nizhpharm Depantol candles - reviews
Lola
After cauterizing the erosion (tests, ultrasound were in perfect order), after an examination, the doctor prescribed Depantol suppositories almost a month later. Overnight, 10 days. There were no problems for seven days, but there were three suppositories left, when suddenly bleeding appeared (not pronounced), but still. I called the doctor and said that the scab had gone away and there was nothing to worry about. Once the discharge goes away, be sure to use three suppositories. But I don’t know if it’s necessary.

Advantages: affordable
“Depantol” from the company NIZHFARM was prescribed to me after treating erosion with the Surgitron device at S-Class-Clinic; they cost differently everywhere, from 276 rubles. up to 370 rubles, per package 10 suppositories (suppositories).
The drug is intended for the treatment of erosive and infectious-inflammatory lesions of the female genital area, stimulating the healing of mucous membranes. Has a regenerating, antiseptic, metabolic effect. Remains active in the presence of pus and blood.
I put 1 candle every night for 10 days, which turned out to be enough. Before the candles, of course, I went to the clinic for treatment of the cervix. Healing occurs after a month, given that the erosion was large, then according to the last video colposcopy it turned out that the healing process is normal, but the epithelium will finally recover after 3 months. There was no burning, allergy, or itching.
Attention: the drug is incompatible with sodium lauryl sulfate, saponins, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and soaps. If they are inserted intravaginally (inside the vagina).
The candles come in a cardboard box without fingertips, shelf life is 2 years, stored at a temperature no higher than +20, sold according to a prescription (ideally).
Composition (per one suppository):
Assets. substances: dexpanthenol (D-panthenol) - 0.1 g in terms of 100% substance, chlorhexidine bicluconate - 0.016 g (chlorhexidine bicluconate is used in the form of a solution (concentration 20%));

DU girls, I’m preparing for protocol 3 in a natural cycle without stimulation, yesterday my husband and I took tests, both had elevated leukocytes in their smears. I have 20-25 in my vagina, the goddess prescribed Depantol suppositories. I bought it, containing chlorhexidine and d-panthenol, and used both in everyday life. But the candles are something I almost died from itching and burning. I endured it, I thought it would pass, but never mind, it only got worse. As a result, I diluted my favorite Tantum rose and sprayed it, then inserted the Laktonorm capsule, and that’s it, there’s silence there. God, what a thrill it is when nothing stings or burns there. Now I don’t know what to do, candles are not cheap, but I definitely won’t subject myself to such execution again. Girls, has anyone had anything similar? I think it's an allergic reaction.

Details:
Good day to all. My gynecologist prescribed Depantol suppositories to me after cauterization of cervical erosion. Before using Depantol, I had already undergone cauterization of cervical erosion using electrocoagulation methods. Now further medical treatment was again required.
Depantol suppositories stimulate the healing of mucous membranes and are suitable for the treatment of erosive and inflammatory lesions. They promote tissue regeneration. thereby accelerating the healing process of cervical erosion after cauterization.
There are 10 candles in total in the box. I was prescribed to use them 2 times a day, morning and evening. The candles themselves are quite large and transparent in color. I had never seen vaginal suppositories of this size before. Usually in my practice all the candles were smaller.
I did not experience any discomfort in the form of burning or other unpleasant sensations.
The only thing is that after use the candles leak a lot and it’s not very pleasant.
But they still help.
Thank you for your attention. Don't get sick and be healthy.

I was also prescribed these suppositories after giving birth. It burns a lot. Even going to the toilet (sorry) was painful. But I attribute this to damage to the mucous membrane after childbirth, the presence of cracks, and healing proceeds accordingly. After half an hour it went away ☺ I hope it gets easier. I don’t think you should put it on right before bed. At least an hour before bedtime.

I put Depanthol suppositories after giving birth. They did an epizootic, the doctor said that in order for the mucous membrane to recover quickly and the suture to heal, it was better to set a course. I was discharged on the 4th day and was told to complete the course of depanthol and not to treat the seam with anything else. After treatment, I came to the residential complex, they told me that I could try sitting for a while, everything was healing well. For me, the postpartum period was calm and without complications.

I also had to get acquainted with Depantol candles, only on a slightly different topic. I was diagnosed with erosion before pregnancy. They said that erosion is not treated for those who have not given birth. When I became pregnant, I was very worried about how I would give birth with erosion. She gave birth to nothing. Just a little teary. After giving birth, the gynecologist prescribed depantol so that the sutures would heal and the mucous membrane would be restored. Postpartum recovery went well. When I was again puzzled by the problem of erosion, the gynecologist said that there was none. So we can say that the candles helped me doubly.

I’ve been meaning to write about Nizhpharm’s “Depantol” vaginal suppositories for a long time. And now this day has come. My mother was recommended to buy them by a doctor after one procedure. For more effective tissue healing. There were 10 candles in the package, they were convenient to place. There were no side effects and no irritation. True, their price is high: 601 rubles. But they are well worth their price. You can purchase it at any nearby pharmacy. After completing the course and visiting the doctor, the verdict was as follows: everything healed well, without consequences. It's up to you to buy or not. Good day and happy shopping.

Advantages:
Restores the cervix after cauterization, protects against infection.
Flaws:
Price, side effects.
Hello friends and readers of the Otzovik site! Several years ago, I cauterized cervical erosion. This problem appeared due to the genital herpes virus, which eroded the cervical mucosa. After cauterization, the erosion did not heal well and was constantly bleeding. My gynecologist prescribed Depantol suppositories, which have anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects. These suppositories contain chlorhexidine and dexpanthenol. Chlorhexidine has an antiseptic effect against many bacteria, fungi, and herpes viruses. Dexpanthenol stimulates regenerative processes, normalizes cellular metabolism, increases the density of collagen fibers. Depantol suppositories do not disturb the natural microflora in the female body. This drug is prescribed for acute and chronic vaginitis, endocervicitis, and for the complex treatment of cervical erosion. This drug helps restore the mucous membrane of the cervix after cryodestruction, diathermocoagulation, laser destruction. To restore the cervix after cauterization, I used 1 suppository once a day, before bed. The course of treatment is 10 days, and then as prescribed by the doctor. During treatment with this drug, I experienced side effects such as vaginal hyperemia and burning. After treatment, the cervix was renewed and bleeding stopped. During an examination by a gynecologist, I was informed that the cervix had recovered after cauterization and there was no more erosion. I liked the effectiveness of this drug. In a short time, the suppositories completely renewed the cervix after erosion and protected it from infection. I recommend this drug to women who have undergone a cervical renewal procedure to treat erosion. The price for 10 candles in a package is 800 rubles.

Depanthol suppositories heal really well, I used them after giving birth, I used both packages to the end, then I bought more suppositories and they came in handy later. After the first PA after childbirth, I felt discomfort. I don’t even know why, maybe it’s just this feeling after childbirth, or because of the stitches. I delivered these candles. They helped well. I took note. Now the duty packaging is in the refrigerator.

These suppositories are often prescribed by gynecologists if there are problems with erosion, if there is inflammation in the vagina, for healing after episiotomy, etc.
After my episiotomy was not stitched up very well, I visited two gynecologists, and one of them prescribed Depantol ointment. At home I had Bepanten (the same thing, only made in Germany), I anointed myself with it for a course (10 days), and didn’t notice any significant changes for the better.
I came across Depantol candles on the Internet. The composition is similar, but there is more active ingredient. (in ointments - 50 mg, in suppositories 100 mg of dexpanthenol). I decided to try treatment with them.
I bought it. The price seemed high for a Russian drug - about 600 rubles.
I inserted the candle, as expected, at night and, oh God, I felt the full effect)) Before that, I read reviews about these candles, which often cause side effects - itching, burning. But I never thought that I would have to experience this myself. What a dream, what’s that, she even stopped feeding the child, after 10 minutes of super-effect she flew out of the room, shouted to her uncomprehending husband to look after the child and rushed into the shower!! I washed away and washed away this horror, cursing Russian pharmaceuticals. In general, the shower only helped for the moment when you direct the water to a burning place)) I had to return to the child, walked out of the shower with my legs spread apart, fed her with a crooked face from the burning sensation, and gradually the effect wore off. It turned out to be about an hour of torture in total. I solemnly promised that I would never put THIS inside myself again.
As time passed, the problem with the seam was not solved. I went to another gynecologist. After examination, it turns out that in addition to the poorly healing suture, I also have a slight inflammation. The doctor prescribes Depantol suppositories)) I say, I won’t use them, I’m having a reaction. To which the doctor replies, they say, there is no analogue. Be patient, insert it two or three times and there will be no more burning.
I made up my mind, there was nowhere to go. I just didn’t put them on at night anymore; after all, I want to sleep at night and not suffer)) I put them on during the day, during the child’s nap. What can I say.
The candles leak a lot, they melt from the heat, and their structure is very watery and doesn’t stay well inside. Therefore, in order for the healing effect to be stronger, you need to lie down (when you get up, they will still leak, so you definitely need to use a pad when you put them on).
There was burning and itching, regardless of whether I used the shower or not. It’s better not to rush around again, it’s useless))
Side effects always lasted about an hour.
But on the third day the side effects were really not so pronounced. Those. I could already calmly endure it without clenching my teeth and the desire to rip out my culprit. From the fourth day I didn’t feel the candles, only that they were flowing)) The doctor turned out to be right, and I had to endure the first few days.
The inflammation has gone away and the seam has healed, there are no complaints here. You can, of course, if you really can’t stand it, use ointment for the same purpose (as the first doctor prescribed to me), but from my own experience I can say that the effect is really not noticeable compared to candles.
Women's health to all!

My first acquaintance with this drug was after giving birth - my gynecologist prescribed it to me.
Indications for use:
Treatment of acute and chronic vaginitis; endo/exocervicitis, including those complicated by cervical ectopia.
Treatment of true cervical erosions of specific etiology (as part of complex therapy).
The drug is used to improve the regeneration of the mucous membrane of the vagina and cervix after destructive methods of treatment (diathermocoagulation, cryodestruction, laser destruction), in the postoperative and postpartum periods.
Price: 580 rubles.
Quantity per package: 10 pieces.
Appearance: ordinary white candles, no different from other candles.
Having inattentively read the instructions, carried out hygienic procedures with a product for intimate hygiene, and knowing that vaginal suppositories are capable of leaking, I introduced it before going to bed in the crib... I woke up a couple of hours later from a terrible itch, I wanted to stick a brush in and scratch it, sorry for such details, but this is the truth. The only thing that saved me was a constant shower. When using these candles, it is not recommended to use soap, gels, or various intimate hygiene products. It is recommended to perform all hygiene procedures only with water.
Special instructions from the instructions:
Depantol® is not compatible with detergents containing an anionic group (saponins, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose) and soaps if they are administered intravaginally.
I angrily threw this package somewhere far away, grumbling and cursing, and only after a couple of days I plucked up the courage, washed without soap and rinsed my hands several times under the tap, and used the candle. Hurray!!! I didn’t feel anything, just a slightly leaking dissolved candle. Before using the candle, do not forget the panty liner.
So I used the entire package of suppositories without itching or any negative reactions. After a course of suppositories, I somehow didn’t manage to get to the doctor, but I have no complaints, and I still have free time.
I recommend Depanthenol suppositories only after consulting a doctor and do not use any type of soap during this period!
