Indole-3-carbinol is an active substance contained in broccoli, has antioxidant properties, helps regulate the metabolism of xenobiotics and active detoxification. Yes, unfortunately, I have mastopathy, which I am successfully treating. The doctor recommended indole as the most effective remedy, and then I found out that the company Evalar, which by the way produces many useful dietary supplements and I respect their products very much, has a cream with indole, well, of course I bought it to try, I decided to add external treatment to the internal treatment, but I was completely disappointed.
Well, first things first. This is the cream:
The packaging says: regular use of the cream helps improve the shape of your breasts and will preserve the health and beauty of your breasts. Helps normalize metabolic processes, increases skin firmness and elasticity.
As you can see, not a word about mastopathy!
The manufacturer also writes that the active components of the cream are indole-3-carbinol and fucus extract.
And now the composition
: water, lanolin, glycerol monostearate, stearic acid, badger and pork internal fats, soybean oil, glycerin, triethanolamine, mink oil, indole-3-carbinol, fucus extract, natural oil, euxyl K300.
As you can see, these very active components are in the last places in the composition, and in front of them are fats and all sorts of chemicals. Yes, I’m currently being treated with indole, the product is simply gorgeous, but for indole to act internally you need at least 400 grams daily, but how much indole do you think is contained in this 50 ml cream, last in the composition, and can it be useful in such an amount? I think the answer is obvious. But there is plenty of fat!
The cream itself:
The cream is greasy, absorbs very poorly, the smell is a whole separate topic for discussion, it is simply terrible, somewhat reminiscent of the smell of flowers if it has been standing in water for a long time and has become stinky. It is very inconvenient to use.
My experience of using this cream: I applied this cream, the effect was not long in coming, my breasts became fuller and began to ache, the sensations were simply enchanting, I thought, okay, maybe like this at first, I used it for 3 days, my breasts hurt constantly, although before that it hurt a little before certain days, but This has never happened before. To be honest I was just scared. Well, for some reason I didn’t throw away the cream.
So more than 4 months passed, all this time I took indole, and while sorting through the rubble of cosmetics I accidentally discovered it. Purely out of curiosity, I decided to use it, and my chest again felt strangely full, but there was almost no pain anymore, but it still ached slightly. But after taking indole orally, I already forgot how it happens!
Summary: after writing a review, the cream will go in the trash, given the composition and the opposite effect of use, I’m simply afraid to use it! But it really helps to improve the shape of the breasts, but the question is at what cost... Well, if this cream helped someone, then I can only be happy.
If you really want to put something on your breasts for mastopathy, then buy camphor oil, the smell is really specific, but it is safe and there is an effect!
And if anyone is interested, here is indole, which helped me a lot and at a relatively affordable price (not 3 thousand for a month):
